Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RaysWorlds. By creating an account, playing the game, using the marketplace, or purchasing a subscription or digital item, you agree to these terms.

Player accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use RaysWorlds. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms and authorize purchases.

Digital items and game access

RaysWorlds provides access to digital game content, including virtual parts, gold, equipment, mounts, and other in-game features. Digital items are licensed for use inside RaysWorlds and do not grant ownership of the game software or related intellectual property.

Purchases and payments

Prices are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize the applicable charge when you complete a purchase. Refund requests are handled according to the RaysWorlds Refund Policy.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically at the price and billing interval shown during checkout until canceled. You may cancel to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund a billing period that has already begun.

Marketplace

Players may use approved RaysWorlds marketplace features to buy or sell eligible virtual items. RaysWorlds may charge a marketplace service fee that is displayed or described before the transaction. Transactions outside approved RaysWorlds systems are not authorized and may not be protected or supported.

Acceptable conduct

You may not cheat, exploit errors, access another player's account, interfere with the service, commit fraud, harass others, use automated systems without permission, or use RaysWorlds for unlawful activity. We may remove content, reverse improper transactions, restrict features, suspend accounts, or close accounts when necessary to protect players and the service.

Service availability and changes

RaysWorlds may be updated, interrupted, or changed as the game develops. We may adjust game balance, features, virtual items, and marketplace availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

RaysWorlds and its original software, artwork, names, designs, and game content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms provide a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service and do not transfer ownership of RaysWorlds content.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent allowed by law, RaysWorlds is provided on an "as available" basis. RaysWorlds is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access resulting from a player's failure to protect login information, or by transactions conducted outside approved RaysWorlds systems.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as RaysWorlds changes. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
